Anyone who uses the Lanark County part of the Ottawa Valley Recreational Trail please take note: The county says it is now closed to all motorized vehicles until further notice.
Its so the surface can thaw properly then dry so it’s ready for the warmer months, which were told are coming soon.
The County is thankful for your patience, but adds anyone violating the order will be considered trespassing.
We’ll let you know when it re-opens.
