One big hurdle to growing your own food could be the lack of a yard.
Well if you act quickly, The Table Community Food Centre’s Ramsey Hart says you could secure one of ten allotments run by the Table and the Town of Perth.
Hart says growing some of your own food can certainly save you some money. He also says its best to reserve a plot sooner rather than later.
The garden has been in use since 2017 and is found on Rogers Rd.
There’s a tool shed and outhouse on site too.
