The annual CAA Worst Roads advocacy campaign is marking its 20th year.
For the past two decades, the campaign has given decision-makers a snapshot of the roads that the public perceives as not meeting their expectations.
Assistant Vice President of Government and Community Relations, Teresa Di Felice, says bad roads are really hurting peoples pocket books.
Di Felice adds that an organized voting strategy has really helped this campaign get the attention of those in power.
Ottawa’s Carling Avenue was ranked the fifth worst road in Ontario last year, and Bronson Avenue 9th.
