The Smiths Falls Bears will begin play in the Bogart Cup on Saturday, April 22, at 8:00 pm at the Fred Barret Arena in Ottawa against the Jr. Senators.
Game two shifts back to Smiths Falls on Sunday, April 23rd at 7:30 pm at the Bear’s Den, the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre.
The Bears last played in the Bogart Cup in 2014 when they lost to Carleton Place. They last won the championship in 1975.

Smiths Falls also got a piece of good news, as Bears defenceman Ty Campbell has been ranked the 166th best skater in North America on the NHL scouting list ahead of the June draft.
