Summer must be almost here because work on the Rideau Ferry Bridge has resumed full time.
Dalcon Constructors Ltd. have resumed work on the span in Rideau Ferry and expect to be at it until at least July, which would be a lot shorter than when they did the first half of the bridge last summer, spring and fall.
Traffic is reduced to a single lane with temporary traffic signals in place as work at the popular warm-weather tourist spot continues.
It will look great once its done with a new concrete deck overlay, new sidewalk, curb and railing system, and new engineering pieces to make sure its safe for years to come.
