Organizers behind the Wanda’s Wish fundraiser have reached out to extend thanks to everyone who attended their event that saw a few hundred perople gather for some great food and live entertainment in Carleton Place last weekend.
They also tell us that the event brought in more than $15,000. Part of that money goes to a family with a child whoi has speical needs.
Wanda is fight cancer. She has recently been diagnosed with a fourth brain tumour. She has dedicated the rest of her days to helping the less fortunate in her community.
