The union representing more than 120-thousand federal government workers has reached a tentative four-year contract agreement.
Members of four bargaining groups are returning to work as of this morning.
PSAC says those workers will get a 12.6 per cent raise, a one-time payment of 25-hundred-dollars, and will have access to added protection when subject to arbitrary decisions about remote work.
While it means that business will get back to normal for Canadians who use government services on the regular, because a deal has not been reached with Canada Revenue Agency workers, those who have yet to file their taxes could still see delays.
