This is Child Safety Week across Canada, and our local health unit is taking aim at proper car seat installation and selection.
Dr. Linna Li, our Medical Officer of Health says making sure you have the right seat for your child is crucial.
You have to be sure that the seat you choses fits your child. They suggest you do some research, and once you have one, seek out the manufacturer’s website or social media for instructional videos.
Quite often, local police will help make sure that your child’s seat is installed correctly too.
