Life’s a Beach! Here’s your weekly beach report for LLG

The Leeds Grenville Lanark District Health Unit has given their updated weekly beach report for the region.

The health unit tests water at all 23 area beaches during the summer to be sure they are safe for swimmers to cool off on a hot day and we will see plenty of those this summer.

Riverside Beach in Carleton Place, the Merrickville beack, and Almonte Beach are the only ones not to pass this week, thanks to high bacteria levels.

The rest are all open and ready for a dip.
