The Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust continues to grow.
Land Trust Executive Director Emily Giles made the announcement during their special radiothon on Lake 88’s All About the House.
Giles says the 106 acre spot is a real hidden gem of great ecological significance in our listening area, home to a wide-variety of species, including sixteen that are at risk of extinction.
It is adjacent to others near Scotch Corners that are also under the protection of the land trust.
