Highly regarded Irish singer Sinead O’Connor has died at the age of 56.
Several media reports have announced the passing of O’Connor, but none have indicated a cause of death at this time.
Throughout her illustrious career, O’Connor released 10 studio album including a world number one single Nothing Compares 2 U in 1990.
O’Connor’s 17-year-old son Shane took his own life 18 months prior to her passing.
