META blocks News Content to Canadian Users from Providers like MBC and Lake 88.1

META, parent company of Facebook and Instagram has started blocking news content from Canadian providers, like us, for users in our country.

The move is in response to Bill C-18, which says in part that services like Facebook and Google should be sharing ad revenue with Canadian news media.
