Carleton Place council approved their first plan of subdivision at their latest meeting for 431 homes at the southwest corner of Highways 7 and 15.
It’s the first time this round of council greenlit an expansion in Canada’s fastest growing town, as all the ongoing projects were given the go-ahead by previous councils.
Uniform Development is the applicant behind this forthcoming project.
