Carleton Place is now accepting nominations for their 2023 Citizen of the Year.
If you know any exceptional volunteers in Carleton Place you can nominate them for the recognition.
The completed document, along with any additional information to support the nomination, must be received no later than November 17 at noon.
The nomination form is available in hard copy at the Carleton Place Arena (75 Neelin Street), or you can tap here to get the downloadable version.
All documents mailed in should be in a sealed envelope and marked confidential, submitted to the Carleton Place Citizen of the Year Committee, c/o Bobbi McCann, 175 Bridge Street, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 2V8 OR confidentially by email to bmccann@carletonplace.ca.
Only nominations kept confidential will be considered.
