Pakenham’s Lyman Gardiner is the new Chair of the Mississippi River Health Alliance (MRHA) Allied Boards.
The former Ottawan, a three-decades-plus Pakenham resident, brings more than 35 years experience as a chartered public accountant to the role.
Lyman joined the Allied Boards in 2018, when he was elected its first Treasurer and chaired the Finance, Resource & Audit Committee.
In his new role, Gardiner will see two exciting capital projects come to fruition – the new Emergency
Department in Carleton Place and the new CT Scanner in Almonte.
Lyman says the Boards will also focus on financial challenges, lessons learned during the pandemic and human resources.
