Check it out: The Perth & District Historical Society meets tomorrow at the Perth Legion at 7:30 p.m. This meeting features retired teacher Doug Phillips who talks about the history of Frost and Woods and will be showcasing artifacts. Phillips has authored books on local history too. All welcome, with a toonie fee.

The Smiths Falls Bears are in action tonight in the CCHL. They visit the Ottawa Junior Senators at 7:30.
The Perth Blue Wings and Smiths Falls Jr. Bears renew their rivalry in the EOJHL tomorrow. The Blue Wings visit the Bears’ Den at 8:15.
On the Perth and Lanark Minor Hockey scene: The U11 C team plays in Carleton Place at the Carleton Place Arena at 7:30.
Smiths Falls Minor Hockey has the U15 House B Team hosting Kemptville at the Smiths Falls Community Centre at 7:00.
And the Senators are back in action on Lake 88 tomorrow when they welcome the Montreal Canadians. Pre-game at 6:30, puck drops at 7:00.
