Celebrate our history: The Perth & District Historical Society will meet tomorrow at the Perth Legion, 7:30 p.m. Retired teacher Doug Phillips will discuss the history of Frost and Woods, Smiths Falls, showcasing artifacts. Attendees can share memories. Phillips has authored books on local history. All welcome, with a toonie fee.
Have a social bite with the Table: The Table Community Food Centre in Perth is offering a Community Meal tomorrow from 4:30 to 6pm. The Perth Blue Wings and Smiths Falls Jr. Bears renew their rivalry in the EOJHL tonight. The Blue Wings visit the Bears’ Den at 8:15.
Action in the Perth and Lanark Minor Hockey Association tonight sees the U11 Competitive team take on the Stittsville Rams at the Bell Sensplex at 6:15 pm. The U13 hosts West Carleton at the Lanark Arena at 7:00 pm, U13 B plays Stittsville B2 at the Johnny Leroux Arena at 7:00, and U18 A takes on Stittsville A2, also at the Johnny Leroux Arena
at 9:00 pm.
Over in the Smiths Falls Minor Hockey Association tonight, U9 Tier 4 plays Kemptville at the North Grenville Community Centre at U13NGS at the Smiths Falls Community Centre, also at 6:30.
