Local boxers set to shine: There’s a sparring event at the Comodus Boxing Club on Lewis Street in Perth tomorrow. There is an entry fee of 10$ for all non-fighters who would like to watch. Snacks and beverages will also be on sale. All money raised will be used for gym equipment at the club.

No games in the CCHL tonight, but tomorrow has the Smiths Falls Bears playing in Brockville against the Braves at 7:30, while Carleton Place hosts Renfrew at 7:45.
EOJHL action has the Smiths Falls Jr. Bears hosting Arnprior at the Bear’s Den at 8:15. The Jr. Canadians get their turn with the Packers tomorrow in Arnprior at 7:30. The Jr. Bears will play back-to-back when they face the Blue Wings in Perth at 7:30.
