A snapshot of Old Home Week in the 1940s.
At this week’s committee meeting for Smiths Falls council, Old Home Week task force member Christa Donnelly outlined some of the entertainment and events they have planned and started talking about town funding.
She said they plan on having 2, possibly 3 parades, music, and a drone show among many others. The Old Home Week task force will be making regular reports to council in the future.
Old Home Week takes place in August of 2025, 100 years after the first edition.
