The 2024-25 funding for Lanark County’s Homelessness Prevention Program has been announced.
The province has allocated just under $2.5 million for the county’s services this year.

Last year the county initially received $1.5 million, before the province came through with a second round of funding later in the year of $1 million.
Here’s how the funding will be allocated:
SERVICE CATEGORY AMOUNT
Emergency Shelter $160,000
Supportive Housing $700,000
Community Outreach and Support
Services
$810,100
Housing Assistance $700,100
